Different Churches, One Purpose

Teams

In July, Lynn Wheeler brought a team down of 28 people from three different churches. It was amazing to see how they worked together to encourage so many people. Among the lives that were touched were the people at the church in a slum in La Guacima. In June we visited this church with a team but had to keep the kids contained in the back half of the church because the church could only afford to lay tile on one half of the floor. When the team came in July, they were able to bless the church with finishing the tile. That Sunday, three churches from the team, the local church in Guacima and volunteers from Til He Returns worked together to not only finish the tile in the church but also hold a kids’ ministry event and go around the neighborhood for house-to-house prayer. It was a beautiful thing to experience all the different people working together to serve this community with the Love of Christ.
